Our refund policy is as follows:

- We do not offer refunds for any rings that are made to order. Once an order is placed and the production process begins, we are unable to cancel or refund the purchase.

-However, if you receive a faulty item, we will gladly take it back and replace it with a new one. Please contact us immediately at enquiries@amlweddingbands.co.uk.

-If a customer orders the wrong size, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange as it is their responsibility to ensure they order the correct size. In this case, they would need to place a new order for the correct size.

-Please note that we do not have a cooling off period. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it is a faulty item.

Refund / Issue Department.

All our wedding bands are made to your specification as per your customer requirements, so refunds and a cooling off period is not available.

 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately on enquiries@amlweddingbands.co.uk. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When you return your item which needs to be confirmed with AML wedding bands your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7 Crewe Road, Alsager, Stoke on Trent, ST7 2EW.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any wedding band as they are made to your order specification.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have if it has been previously agreed with AML wedding bands. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
